Services and Pricing

Black Widow Disposal offers 3 day rentals, 5 day rentals, monthly dumpster contracts, and personalized disposal options for customers who do not require a full dumpster.

Current pricing is as follows:
3 Day Rental: $350
5 Day Rental: $425
Monthly Rental (Single Dump): $750
Personalized Rates: Prices vary

All rentals include up to 2,000 lbs of material. Any weight over the included amount will be billed at $55 per additional ton.

Acceptable Materials

Acceptable materials include household waste, construction debris, yard waste, furniture, and appliances that do not contain refrigerants. Customers are responsible for ensuring all materials placed in the dumpster meet these guidelines.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are prohibited and may result in additional fees, refusal of service, or legal action: tires, batteries, paints and oils, hazardous chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, electronic waste, refrigerants, propane tanks, explosive materials, and dead animals.

Placement and Use of Equipment

Customers are responsible for providing a clear and safe location for dumpster placement. Black Widow Disposal is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or underground utilities unless caused by gross negligence.

Limitation of Liability

Black Widow Disposal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of its services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Black Widow Disposal services constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
